At Sparrows, we pride ourselves on being more than a support group. We are a community, a family alongside your own.
Over the years, some of our members have sadly passed on. We never forget them. We feel genuinely honoured to have had them as part of our Sparrows family, from the biggest members to the very littlest.

Each and every one helped shape who we are today. This space exists to remember and honour those members who meant so much to us.

We understand that not every family will wish for their loved one to be memorialised, so inclusion on this page is entirely by request. Some families may prefer not to include a name, and that is completely okay. Where anonymity is requested, a symbol will be used in place of a name.

If a family member has been included in error, or you would like a memorial removed at any time, please let us know and we will do so with care and respect.
